Hypnomassage or hypnoreflexology

This has to be the best ‘holiday’ for your mind and body.  Relaxation is the key to a relaxed, calm, quieter more focused mind.  Hypnotherapy itself if amazing (I found it helped me)

Hypnotherapy is based in neuroscientific research.  I’ve trained in hypnotherapy but love to combine it with massage and reflexology.

What happens in a treatment?

Allow the subconscious mind to relax, stop the inner chitter chatter, the ‘what ifs’ or ‘I’ll always feel down’ and enjoy your massage or reflexology more.  Just allow yourself to be quiet and calm.

The deeper the relaxation state, the more powerful and effective the treatment will be. How often do we literally forget to breath consciously? This special time allows you to practice positive breath work too.  This can be a daily practice for you. You can just let your mind drift and dream.  This type of treatment refreshes, repairs and relaxes you.

So look after your mind and body at the same time.  I looked after mine and the results were and still are amazing for me.

I offer hypnomassage and hypnoreflexology sessions lasting 60-70 minutes. The first session is up to 70 mins as we go through a consultation to enable me to understand your presenting problem and I can then tailor the relaxation language to suit your needs or goal.
